An historical and comparative analysis of ethnic minority group participation in the pharmacy profession
This was a large-scale comparative cohort study of pharmacy graduates, undertaken to describe the entry of ethnic minority practitioners into pharmacy in the UK, to map out their participation and explain their involvement in the profession. Qualitative interviews, a postal survey, secondary analysis of UCAS records were undertaken, and a review of Statutory Committee proceedings was also conducted.
