Skill mix in community pharmacy: exploring and defining the roles of dispensary support staff
This study clarified and described the tasks undertaken by dispensary support staff in the community pharmacy setting, and identified the factors likely to affect skill mix. It used a case study design for the preliminary stages of the work, and a survey design to test the generalisability of the findings.
