Working patterns of female community pharmacists over the age of 30: an exploration of the factors that motivate working practice
This is two-stage study, involving qualitative interviews to explore preferences and opinions of female community pharmacists towards work, and Q-methodology to test out and quantify the early stage findings with a larger sample.
