The National Pharmacy Association (NPA) is the national body of Britain's community pharmacy owners. It was formed champion the interests of pharmacy owners and to promote, improve and protect community pharmacy to the public. - PSNC
The Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) is recognised by the Secretary of State for Health as representative of community pharmacy on NHS matters. It works to secure the best possible remuneration, terms and conditions for NHS pharmacy contractors in England and Wales.

- The Health Services Research Network's (HSRN) Strategic workforce planning and research special interest group
A growing concern within the NHS has been how to introduce greater academic rigour to workforce planning and research carried out around the healthcare workforce in the UK. The NHS Workforce Review Team (WRT), in partnership with the Institute of Health Sciences at the University of Manchester, has set up this SIG around this growing discipline.
