Research activities
The group is developing a growing reputation for its evaluative work, and training in evaluation methods. Published work, to date, on product evaluation has concentrated on anaesthesia (day surgery) and dermatology, but work in progress represents a more diverse therapeutic range. Service evaluations are also being conducted for specific groups of patients, eg cystic fibrotics, and users of emergency hormonal contraception.
